   I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I received from Optima press for printing my children's book. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Dan, the sales representative, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the process was smooth and satisfactory. His communication skills were impeccable, and he truly made me feel valued as a customer.

I'm also immensely grateful to the production team for their efficiency in getting my books printed promptly. Despite my tight deadline, they worked tirelessly to ensure that the quality of the prints was top-notch without compromising on speed. And to top it off, the dispatch team exceeded my expectations by delivering the books to me two days ahead of schedule, allowing me ample time to prepare for my deadline.

   Absolutely thrilled with the results of our A5 Look Book. It was created by Chilli Art Graphic Design ( Sophie) and printed with quality materials by Optima Press (Dan Elliss)
Sophie designed each page with creative attention to detail while Dan completed the Look Book with a high quality finish that was above our expectation.
They listened and took on everything we wanted from design to quality and then delivered in the tight time frame we required which was outstanding!
Dan & Sophie, It was an amazing experience to work with each of you and you made this a far easier process than we expected. Thank you so much.

   Recently I went to Optima Press to enquire about having a book I'd written printed & published. The staff were respectful, helpful & instructive. All my questions were answered in plain language I could readily understand. I was pleased with the books. The staff's work ethic impressed me, nothing seemed too hard or inconvenient. I requested the books be published by a certain time & they beat that deadline by several days. And, the fact that I found it to be a one-stop venture was doubly convenient for me. I didn't have to take the printed pages elsewhere to have them bound. The price was reasonable. Dan & Brett especially, made every effort to ensure this client went away happy.

   Training Unlimited recently engaged Optima Press to assist with the design and print of various brochures and pull up banners. Our experience with both Andrew and Dan was fantastic.
We may have caused Dan a few headaches with a few design changes and requests, but he was always quick to respond and update us. Dan was also very good with following us up on various images he needed to complete the job.
